At Protein Island, we strive to deliver your supplements quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how your orders are processed and shipped.





1. Order Processing Time



  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In busy seasons or sales, order preparation time may increase slightly.






2. Shipping Charges



Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:


  • Delivery pincode
  • Order weight
  • Courier partner availability



Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.





3. Delivery Time



After dispatch, expected delivery timelines are:


  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days



Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, high volume, or unforeseen circumstances.





4. Payment Method



We currently support Prepaid Orders Only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.


Accepted payment methods include:


  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Razorpay-supported payment options






5. Order Tracking



Once your order is shipped:


  • A tracking number will be sent via SMS/email.
  • You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.



If the tracking does not update within 48–72 hours, please contact us.





6. Address Accuracy



Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for:


  • Delivery failures due to incorrect/incomplete addresses
  • Extra charges due to re-shipping
  • Delays caused by wrong customer information



Once an order is dispatched, the address cannot be modified.





7. Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Packages



If your package is damaged, tampered, or items are missing, contact us within 24 hours with:


  • Order ID
  • Photos/videos of the packaging and product



We will coordinate with the courier partner and update you.


For lost shipments, we will raise a claim and process your case accordingly.





8. International Shipping



We currently do not provide international shipping.

Orders are shipped only within India.
